  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
  • You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request must be submitted within 24H of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made through our official website.
  • For hygiene reasons, consumable items (e.g., wellness drinks, supplements) are not eligible for return or exchange unless found damaged or defective upon arrival.

  1. DAMAGES & DEFECTS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@luziano.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the defect/damage
  • Once validated, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no additional cost.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or product defect.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

VII. EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, kindly return your item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order separately.

VIII. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement and only if the order has not yet been processed. To request a cancellation, email us at support@luziano.com with “Order Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
